Most likely for WoE...I'll just use a basic build, I guess.

99int, 90-99dex, and some vit probably?

Skills would probably be....(If needed all AoE skills max, but need storm gust <3), quagmire 5, heavens drive 5, sight, gravitational field, maybe fire pillar? Basic defensive skills I guess.

Items...I'm not really sure about.....For now I guess....Aoa, nimble gloves, Double dexterious arc ward/survivors rod, Cranial, immune muffler, blinder, romantic leaf, verit/matyr shoes.

Thats all I can really think of atm D:! Sorry.

we'll get you tidal combo with verit or vidars and a better muff no worries, it'll take a while but we'll get you a +9 double dex lich's bone wand eventually. overall hwiz isnt too complicated and your build is solid
